Work with sales price lists
In Visma eEkonomi Pro, you can manage different prices for goods/services, for different target groups and in different currencies. You get a clear overview, avoid manual price adjustments and ensure that your customers always get the right price - automatically and without hassle.
To upgrade to Visma eEkonomi Pro from within your application, select Apps and extensions - Extensions - Upgrade your program.
Everything you invoice, whether they are products or services, are called Articles in the program.
In Sales - Articles you manage your article register. If you click on a line in the list, it expands to show more information about the article. You see such things as sales statistics for the last 12 months including the latest invoices on which the article can be found.
By clicking on the column headings, you can sort the list so that it shows articles in the required order.
Once an article has been saved and marked as active, it can be selected when you create your sales invoices.
To retrieve a list of your sales, go to Reports and select Sales statistics.
