How do I change name or email for employees in Visma Lön Anställd/Visma Min Lön/Visma Utlägg?

if the employee is connected to any of Visma's digital services, it is not possible to change the name in Visma Lön Smart. Instead, the change must be made in Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se.

For security reasons, it is only the users themselves who can edit their account information in Mina tjänster. The only exception is the email, which both the users and the administrator can edit.

The administrator can change an employee's email address. Read more in the topic Byt e-postadress för anställd (in Swedish).

When the information has been edited in Mina tjänster, they will be transferred to the program. The information in Visma's digital services is updated at the next synchronisation with the payroll program.
