Error messages related to tax deduction requests
When making a tax deduction request, you cannot always get a reply from Skatteverket. Here are some of the error messages which may appear.
If the employee's personal identity number is incorrect or missing in the tax records, no preliminary tax information can be retrieved.
If the employer's personal/corporate identity number is incorrect or missing in the tax records, no preliminary tax information can be retrieved for any of the company's employees.
The information cannot be applied to the employee list for employees with this error message.

This error message is shown if there is a tax adjustment decision which cannot be shown, for example related to school-age youths. It may also be due to a missing tax calculation, which means that the percentage that is required is missing.

This error message is shown if preliminary tax information cannot be provided, for example if the employee has no invoicing information available.
The information cannot be applied to the employee list for employees with this error message.
The employee has F-tax and pay their own preliminary taxes and social fees. This means that the employer does not need to deduct taxes or pay employer's contribution.

The information cannot be applied to the employee list for employees with this error message.
This message is shown if the employee has a so-called "fribeslut" and a tax adjustment by 0 percent. This means that they have an income from an employer, from which no taxes should be deducted. This could for example apply if the employee has two sources of income from two different employers during the year, but the taxes should only be withheld from one of them. Please check with the employee.
