Time summary

When you create or edit a work schedule under Settings - Payroll settings and the Work schedules tab, a time summary of the weekly working hours is shown. What fields you see under Time summary depends on which selections you have made for the schedule.

Scheduled working hours

The following fields may be shown under Time summary when Scheduled working hours is selected next to Work schedule type. Read more about scheduled working hours in the topic Scheduled working hours.

Irregular working hours

The following fields may be shown under Time summary when Irregular working hours is selected next to Work schedule type.

For work schedules with irregular working hours you do not register any exact working hours on a daily basis, but rather a weekly average. This information is entered under the Average weekly working hours field. The information is used to calculate the average employment rate, which is used in certain calculations on pay codes in Visma Lön.
