What must be included in the annual report of a housing association?

As of the 2023 annual report, it is mandatory for housing associations to report certain key figures such as annual fee per square metre, debt per square metre, savings per square metre, interest rate sensitivity and energy cost per square metre in their annual reports. It is also mandatory to include a cashflow statement.

In the event of a loss, the association must also describe how future financial commitments, such as maintenance of the property, will be financed, in the field Disclosure in case of loss.
