About Prepare Intrastat report

In the Prepare Intrastat report (TX50800S) window, you can prepare and send your monthly Intrastat reports to the authorities. The Intrastat reporting functionality in is integrated with the AutoReport service.

When you receive or send stock items from or within the European Union, your company has to report these transactions to the government.

There are regulations regarding if and when a company needs to report the import and export transactions to the government, and they differ for each EU country, as well as from year to year. For example: the amount of foreign sales and purchase need to exceed a certain amount. You can check the amount limit on each country’s web page for Intrastat reporting.

You report on the transactions behind all stock item dispatches and arrivals. This means that whether you sell goods or you purchase goods, you have to prepare and send an Intrastat report.

If you sell or buy goods within the same country, you do not have to report to Intrastat.
