2

Start the general risk assessment for your agency

It costs nothing to perform a general risk assessment

The general risk assessment is a central part of the agency's anti money laundry work. In the general risk assessment, the company's services should be analysed and assessed in terms of the risk of being used for money laundering and financing of terrorism.

We recommend that the general risk assessment is completed before proceeding with customer specific assessments. By doing this, parts of the risk assessment will be merged to the customer knowledge, which will greatly facilitate the process.

3

Perform customer knowledge

You pay a fee for each customer as soon as you initiate a KYC. Surveillance of the customer is included and you can perform as many customer knowledge reports as you wish for the customer during the 12 months you have paid for.

Customer knowledge is a important part of the accounting office anti money laundering work. It aims to check the customers' identity, document your business relationships and assess the possible risks they may entail.

Keep track of events

Events is the collective name that is essential for your general risk assessment and KYC reports. Some events are automatically created, some are reminders that it's time to perform a new general risk assessment or KYC-report. You can always add your own events. The seven most recent registered events are shown in the Overview, either on My start page and the tab Advisor KYC, or in the Overview when you open Advisor KYC.
