Remove a customer from the Advisor KYC lista
This is an add on service to Visma Advisor. In order to activate the service, you need to have the role Administrator in Mina tjänster and the user rights Full permission for Settings in Visma Advisor.
When you have a customer you don't want to be included in the KYC list, you can deactivate Advisor KYC for that customer.
This applies to customers for whom you have neither conducted a KYC nor intend to do so.

Go to Visma Advisor and select the customer that you wish to deactivate the Advisor KYC for.

Select the Advisor KYC tab.

Click Deactivate KYC for the customer at the bottom left side.
When you have confirmed the deactivation, the customer will not be visible on the KYC list in Advisor KYC. You can at any time reactivate Advisor KYC for the customer again.
