Change pricing of a customer task
You can change the pricing for a customer task. Read below on how to change pricing.
You can end a fixed price, even if there still are invoice occasions left. The invoice occasions that have a later date than the Valid from-date for the price per hour will automatically be removed , even if there still remains invoice occasions.
- Go to Customers .
- Select a customer from the list.
- Select the Pricing tab.
Here you can see the current pricing of your task
- Select New pricing - Price per hour.
The window New pricing - Price per hour opens.
- Select Task and enter when it is valid from.
- Select Save.
You can change from price per hour to fixed price, even if you have you have time registrations entered on a later date than the Valid from-date of the fixed price. The time registrations made will automatically be moved to the new pricing.
- Go to Customers .
- Select a customer from the list.
- Select the Pricing tab.
Here you can see the current pricing of your task
- Select New pricing - Fixed price.
The window New pricing - Fixed price opens.
- Enter Valid from, First invoice date, Invoice text and Invoice frequency., Task, Fixed price and Estimated hours.
- Select Update invoice plan to create the invoice occasions..
- Select Save.
