Inactivate checkpoint for several customers at the same time
With the Mass update function, you can easily update information for several customers at the same time. The procedure for inactivating a checkpoint is described below. Please note that only checkpoints that don’t have a set due date can be inactivated.
- Select Checklists in the main menu.
- Select a checklist.
- Make your selections.
Remember that you can also make the selection at column level. You do this by writing in the search field at the top of the column. The selections you make will determine which customers that are included in the mass update.
- Click on the Mass update icon and select Inactivate checkpoints in the dropdown list.
- Under the Select tab, select the customers to be updated.
- Select Next.
One, twelve or 52 checkpoint periods are shown in the list, depending on the period type of the task (calendar/financial year, month or week). Select the alternative relevant to you:
- Select the checkpoint you want to update.
- Mark the period you want to inactivate.
- Select Inactive.
- Select Next. In the appearing Confirm tab, your pending updates are displayed.
- Select Confirm to confirm the updates. Your updates are displayed in the Summary tab.
- Select Print to print out summaries of the updates.
- Select the checkpoint you want to update.
- Select the First active month for the interval and enter Frequency.
- Click on Update to refresh the list.
- Mark the months you want to inactivate and select Inactive.
- Select Next. In the appearing Confirm tab, your pending updates are displayed.
- Select Confirm to confirm the updates. Your updates are displayed in the Summary tab.
- Select Print to print out summaries of the updates.
- Select the checkpoint you want to update.
If you do not want to inactivate manually, you can set an interval for the active periods of the checkpoint.
- Select First active week and enter Frequency.
- Click on Update to refresh the list.
- Select Next. In the appearing Confirm tab, your pending updates are displayed.
- Select Confirm to confirm the updates. Your updates are displayed in the Summary tab.
- Select Print to print out summaries of the updates.
