Time registrations in Visma Advisor with Visma Lön Smart integration

Depending on the schedule that the employee has been assigned in Visma Lön Smart, the hours that are sent from Visma Advisor will be shown differently in Visma Lön Smart.

• An employee assigned with a Regular schedule - only the absence registered in Visma Advisor will be transferred to Visma Lön Smart

• An employee assigned with an Irregular schedule - both absence and working hours will be transferred to Visma Lön Smart

The employee register their time as usual via the time registration page in Visma Advisor. When the day/week is marked as completed, the hours can easily be imported to Visma Lön Smart. The administrator imports the time registrations to Visma Lön Smart in order to create a pay run.
