Create sales price list

1. Go to Settings - Sales price lists.
2. Select New price list. The prices will be reset on all articles.
   
   You can also copy an existing price list if you want to adjust the price on just a few articles.
3. Give your price list a Name.
4. Choose a currency.
5. Select Save.

All articles are added to each price list you create. You can either update the prices manually or you can use the recalculation option by selecting your price list and choose Actions - Price recalculation.

Field explanations

Active

When a price list is active it is selectable on the customers. You cannot inactivate the standard price list or a price list used on a customer.

Currency

Here you decide which currency should be used on the price list.

Notes

Describe for example what intentions you have for the price list.

Search

Use the search field to search for an article.

Article labels

Use the article labels to filter out and show articles tagged with an article label.

Article number

Click on the column header to sort the list by article number.

Article name

Click on the column header to sort the list by article name.

Contribution margin

Shows the contribution margin for the article in SEK.

Contribution margin %

Shows the contribution margin for the article in percent.

Last changed

The date when the article price was last updated.
