Sales price lists

Under Settings - Sales price lists in Visma eEkonomi Pro, you have the possibility to add up to 20 sales price lists. The first time you use this functionality a standard price list is automatically added to all your customers. It will include all existing prices for your articles.

To create a new price list you can either select the New price list button or copy an existing price list by selecting it and choose Actions - Copy. You can also create price lists with different currencies and link them to you customers.

Furthermore there is a built-in recalculation tool that you can use to recalculate prices for one or more articles in a price list. Decide if you want to use percentage or amount, rounding or not, if it is an increase or decrease, and if you want to base the calculation on price including or excluding VAT. You find the recalculation tool by selecting a price list and choose Actions - Price recalculation.
