Create quote with ROT/RUT deduction

To be able to create a quote with ROT or RUT deduction, you must first enable the settings for invoicing housework. Read more in the topic Enable settings for ROT/RUT deduction.

  1. Select Sales - Quotes.
  2. Select New quote.
  3. Choose the customer you want to send a quote to.
  4. Check the Housework or green technology box and specify whether the work relates to ROT or RUT.

The Work type column is added to the quote rows below.

  1. If the order concerns ROT work, select Type of property and enter a reference.
  2. Enter the other details. Read more in the field explanations below to learn what the different fields mean.
  3. Add the articles you want to quote.
  4. Enter the Work type for any rows related to work.

The tax deduction amount is automatically calculated for the quote rows. A brief text is also added to the quote to inform the customer that a ROT/RUT deduction has been made.

  1. Do one of the following when you are done with the quote:
Send quote by email The quote is automatically sent to the email address specified for the customer in the customer register. The quote is saved under Quotes in progress and is given the status Awaiting.
Create PDF The quote is saved as a PDF and you are notified that it is ready for printing. The quote is saved under Quotes in progress and is given the status Awaiting.
Save as a draft The quote is not sent to the customer, but instead saved under Drafts.
