Submit period

When the registrations for a period are done, the period should be submitted.

  1. Select Calendar.

If you are the payroll administrator you select Calendars - My calendar in order to submit your time report. If you want to submit employees' time reports, you select Calendars - Employee calendars and select an employee from the list.

  1. Choose what period to submit.
  2. Check that there are correct time registrations for each day of the period. Read more in the topic Register time if you want to edit or register time.

For employees with non-regulated working hours, no time registrations are needed in order to submit a period.

  1. Click the Submit button on the bottom right.

The button becomes active when there are correct time registrations for each day of the period.

You can submit a period even if it's not completed. For instance, if you want to register holiday or take compensatory time off in advance, you can submit the period before it ends. All days in the period must have accurate time registrations for you to be able to submit the period. Submitted days are shown with a green check mark in the calendar.

If you want to make adjustments for days in a submitted period, you must first select the Undo submittal button. You can not undo the submittal for days that have been approved or synchronised to the payroll program.
