In the calendar, the current day is marked in green and days earlier than the current day which have no time registrations are marked in red.
For days with any type of warning, information or comment, an icon is shown in the calendar. Icons also appear if the registration has been made on a mobile or in the terminal mode.
Results adjusted by the payroll administrator will be indicated with an asterisk in the calendar. After this, the result cannot be adjusted by the employee and Results for the selected day cannot be calculated. To be able to calculate the reesult, the payroll administration first have to restore the result by clicking on the Edit button, followed by Restore to original result.
In certain cases the results for a day is affected by a time registration that was made for the day before or after. This happens if the time registration is done within two hours before or after a work shift that is in another 24-hour period, or if a time registration is in the same 24-hour period as the end of a work shift. An i icon is then shown for the day the time registration was made as well as an explanatory text on the day where the result is shown.

Here balances up until the last day of the period are shown, regardless of whether the period has been submitted or not. Registrations that have been made for future periods are not included in the balance. If adjustments have been made by the payroll administrator, these are also included in the balance. All balances except the flexitime balance are transferred to Visma Lön during the synchronisation.
Here you see balances including future registrations. Registrations for future periods (such as used holiday, flexitime or compensatory time) are included in the balance. Only the flexitime balance can be calculated. Other balances cannot be calculated for the period as the current period has not been transferred to Visma Lön and the following period is locked in Visma Lön.

The time code Ej tillgodoräknad tid is used for registration of time that has not been credited to you. These time registrations are not included in the calculation of current balances in the calendar. Examples of such time is if you took a shorter break than what is indicated in the work schedule. If the company uses rounded registered time, time worked before or after that time is shown here. The time code is only used if you have a work schedule that does not manage flexitime or time balance. The text is shown in red under Result for selected day/period in the calendar and gives information about how much time outside of the ordinary working hours (excluding compensatory time) that your employee has worked.

Select the Edit button to edit or delete time registrations for a selected day.
Choose the pen symbol on the row of the time registration in order to adjust it. Select the arrow next to the options under Time registration and select another type of time registration. Under Start time and End time you adjust the time of the registration.
Select the paper bin symbol if you want to delete the time registration for a specific day.
If you want to delete time registrations for a period, you select one of the days in the period from the calendar and select the button Edit. When you select the icon to delete you will be asked if you want to delete the registration for the selected day or the entire period.
Choose Show deleted time registrations to see adjustments for the selected day. Via the icon at the far left on the row you can see who made the edit.
Select the Rules button to show the rules for the agreement and work schedule which apply for the day that is selected in the calendar.
Select the Note icon if you want to add a note for the time registration. Private notes are only shown to users. The field is not visible if you are a payroll administrator making time registrations for anyone other than yourself.
When a period has been submitted Period status history is shown. Here you can see when the report was submitted and approved for that specific period as well as who submitted/approved it. If the submittal has been undone for the period, this also shows in the history. The report's current history is shown at the top of the list.
If you select the printer icon, the Time report window opens. Select Create time report and then Print to print the time report or create a PDF.
If you are a payroll administrator registering your own time in Visma Lön Anställd, you select Calendar - My calendar to register your time. If you are registering time for employees, you select Calendar - Employee calendars and choose an employee from the list.

The Edit button only shows if you are the payroll administrator. Select the current day and choose the button to make edits which overwrite the results Visma Lön Anställd calculated for the selected day.
Use the plus and minus symbols to add and delete time registrations.
In the Comment field you can make notes on the adjustment.
The Restore to original result button is used to undo the edit.

Select Go to employee to open Edit employee, where you can check or edit certain settings for the employee.
Via the Go to calendar button you easily navigate back to the calendar.
Via the Change working hours button you will get to Edit scheduled day or Schedule irregular working hours, depending on if the employee has scheduled or irregular working hours.
If you choose a day in the calendar and select Change working hours for an employee with scheduled working hours, you can change the working hours for the selected day.
If the employee has irregular working hours, the Schedule irregular working hours view will instead open and you can make working hours adjustments for the week that the day you select in the calendar is included in.
Via the Go to approval button you will get to the part in the program where you approve the employee's time reports for the period.
Tips and tricks
- Double click on any day in the calendar to register time for that day.
- Mark several days in the calendar to show a summarised result of for example flextime for the marked days. The result is shown under Results for the selected day/period.
- When you register time, you can choose if you want to close the dialogue window at the same time as you are saving, or if you just want to save the registrations. You can change the settings by clicking on the arrow next to the button Save/Save and close. The new settings are saved until next time you register time.
- You can easily see what rules apply for the current agreement and work schedule. Select a day in the calendar and click the Rules button under Time registrations to show the rules for the agreement and work schedule that apply for the day that is selected in the calendar. Here there are also shortcuts to open the current work schedule and agreement.
