Different types of time registrations
Here we describe the different types of time registrations that can be used in the calendar.

Used to register worked hours.
For employees with irregular working hours and for hourly employees, the worked hours are transferred according to the hours that have been registered as Hours worked to the payroll program. For salaried employees, no worked hours are transferred; instead, the hours are retrieved from the work schedule.
This option is only shown if flexitime is managed in the employee's agreement.
Employees with children under the age of eight have the right to take time off from work. Read more about parental leave at forsakringskassan.se (in Swedish).
Here you register used compensatory time. This option is only shown if unsociable hours are managed in the employee's agreement.
In order for worked hours to be registered as overtime, the part-time employee must first have completed all their full-time working hours. Employees who work part time will receive overtime for part-time employees until the hours worked come up to a full time position. Hours worked beyond those will be registered as overtime.
Unsociable hours supplement are calculated automatically when the employee works during scheduled hours that fall within inconvenient working hours. Settings for unsociable hours rules are configured in the agreement selected for the employee. Read more in the topic Create or edit agreement.
The information shown under Holiday depends on what holiday term that has been selected for the employee. According to the law, holiday is calculated in full days, so you cannot take out holiday for half a day.
Part-time sick leave should be registered using a percentage.
Here you register an employee's leave of absence without pay from the employer.
Here you register whenever an employee stays at home to care for their sick child. The compensation the employee receives is called temporary parental benefits. Read more about care of sick children at forsakringskassen.se.
Overtime in compensatory time is used when the time should be saved in the employee's comp bank. This option is only shown if unsociable hours are managed in the employee's agreement.

Overtime in money and compensatory time is only shown for employees who have the agreement Teknikavtalet IF Metall or agreements that manage overtime in both compensatory time and money.

Overtime paid in money is calculated based on the type of overtime. The compensation is always based on actual worked hours.
Example
When an employee has worked 3 hours of overtime, the overtime pay is in accordance with the agreement for overtime 1, 2, or 3, and the compensation is 3 hours.
This type of registration is used to register leave with pay and can only be used for salaried employees, regardless of work schedules and agreements.
Registrations made with Other leave with pay are only shown in Visma Lön Anställd and are not transferred to Visma Lön Smart or Visma Lön 300/600. The payroll administrator can inform the employee by adding a note to the employee's payslip in the payroll program.
This type of registration can be used for hourly and salaried employees. When it is transferred to the payroll program, a pay deduction per registered hour is generated.
The parent that is not pregnant can receive compensation for 10 days of leave in connection to a child being born or adopted.
