How is K10 managed in Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro?

Tax form K10 must be submitted together with the private income tax return when you are a partner in a smaller limited company (sole proprietorship).

In Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro, there are several ways to create a K10, depending on how you use the program:

  • You are a partner in a small limited company that uses Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro to create its tax return.
You find the tax appendix K10 - Qualified shares in close companies under Year-end closing - Tax calculation - Tax appendices - Partner - K10. Here, you can create the tax form for the limited company's shareholders. After all necessary information has been entered on the appendix, the K10 tax form will be available from Tax forms. From the Submission page, the tax form can be generated either as a SRU or a PDF file that can be attached to the personal tax return.
