Summary of the years tax liability/claim

You create a sub-appendix by pressing the paperclip icon from Reconciliation BS - Overview or Reconciliation BS - Appendices.

The purpose of this appendix is to reconcile the main account for tax liability. The most commonly used account for tax liability is 2510.

The appendix is automatically created when a choice for allocation or reversal has been made in the profit/loss planning in the tax calculation part of the service. The calculated income tax and the calculated values for real estate tax, special employer’s contribution, tax on return and debited preliminary tax will be populated automatically if you have used the program’s dedicated appendices for reconciliation of these accounts.

If you have reconciled these accounts by uploading external appendices or filling out the reconciliation amounts manually on the main appendix for tax liability, you will have to enter the accounts and amounts manually on Summary of the year’s tax liability/claim.

When the appendix is connected to a sub-appendix or an account, a closing entry that rebooks the amount to the selected main account for tax liability is automatically created. The option to create the closing entry is enabled by default but can be turned off by de-selecting the Create closing entry automatically toggle on the appendix Summary of the year's tax liability/claim.

The following sub-appendices are connected to Summary of the year’s tax liability/claim:

In cases where tax debts are booked directly on the main account 2510 in any of the reconciliation appendices, the links and amounts from the sub-appendices will be removed from the main appendix when the appendix Summary of the year's tax liabilitiy/claim is created. This only apply when the account on the sub-appendix and the main account are the same.
