Select if you provide other information for the income tax return, e.g. in a free text letter or other information.
Clarification of signature (INK4)
Here you enter the name and any telephone number.
Other information (INK4S)
For this section, certain amounts are taken from the accounting. This applies to fields 4.14 and 4.15. Click on the information buttons for more help on what each field means.
Information on the annual report (INK4S)
In the declaration, you must also provide information on whether the annual report has been prepared with the assistance of a contractor who is an expert in the field of accounting. A contractor is someone who is not employed by the company and who has performed services for a fee. I e an accounting consultant or accountant. If the company has consulted or received assistance in a single issue, the contractor is not considered to have assisted the company with the annual report. Note that the information only refers to the annual report and not the declaration.
If the annual report has been audited, this must also be stated in the declaration. This refers to an audit of an auditor that has been performed in accordance with law.
