Work with direct debit

With the direct debit module, you can specify at customer level that invoices should be collected automatically. The direct debit invoices are included in a direct debit order file, which you can import on your bank’s webpage. With Rabobank, ING, and ABN AMRO, you can also use the bank integration to send the direct debit order directly. After creating the file, the invoices are automatically paid against a suspense account, which closes the open items. When you receive the payment from the bank, you simply post it on the suspense account to remove the temporary balance.

Following the steps below, you will know how to activate the module, what settings are needed, and how to work with direct debit in Visma eAccounting Standaard.
