External codes 2 (GL20252S)

This code is used in the Chart of accounts (GL202500) window and must be defined here first. It can then be used as a filter or a summary in general inquiries or APIs, to sort or summarise general ledger transactions.

There are two internal reports that contain this column:

• Transactions with external codes (GL63304S)
• Balance with external codes (GL63201S)
