View and correct imported count data

If you see a in the toolbar instead of the expected , the import process has failed. Do the following to review and correct the errors:

  1. In the top right corner of the window, click Help and select Trace.
  2. You can see that the errors are highlighted in the log.
  3. Go to the original Excel spreadsheet and correct the errors.
  4. Save the original spreadsheet.
  5. Repeat the steps in the Import count data from Excel process.
