Get a quick start with our course!

Completing the free Visma Online Academy course will give you a quick tour of the program and a run through of the most common accounting entries in a company.

You can complete the course at your own pace.

Visma eAccounting - Basis

To be able to follow this online course you need a free Visma Online Academy account. Get started and set up an account here.

You find all Visma eAccounting courses on this online course platform. Select the Take part in Group button and enter the group key NL_SW_KL_eA. You will then see all Visma eAccounting courses on your dashboard, including the Visma eAccounting - Basis course.

 

Create invoice

You can directly create your first invoice under Sales - Sales invoices. You don't need to add either customers or articles before starting invoicing, that can be done directly on the invoice.

Ongoing accounting

Under Accounting - Journal entries you register your company's manual journal entries. Examples of transactions which must be registered manually are purchases with your own money and the company's tax return.

Register payments

The program's integration with some banks facilitate your work. You can get your bank statements directly in to your program and the events on your bank account is matched automatically with the registrations in your program.

Register your purchase invoice directly under Purchasing - Purchase invoices. You can add the supplier at the same time you register the invoice. On the startpage you have full control over which invoices it's time to pay.
