Check the link between a cash account and a base account
When you have performed the task described in Create a cash account , you need to ensure that the link between the new cash account and the base account in the Chart of accounts (GL202500) window is set up correctly.
- Go to the Chart of accounts (GL202500) window.
- In the Account column, find the account that you used as a base to create your cash account.
- In the Cash Account column, make sure that the check box is selected for that base account.
