Work with absence, time schedule, time bank and basis for wage payment
The program has a built in time registration function where every employee can register both worked hours and absence. It is also possible to add work schedules with normal work hours for every employee. The standard work schedule is then used by the software to calculate the balance to the time bank of the employees.
Define absence activities
In the menu Settings - Tasks there is a task named Absence. Here you can adapt the different types of absence activities that are relevant to the agency. The task and activities are then used to register absenteeism.
Define the agency's standard work hour schedule
By selecting Settings - Schedules and the tab Standard work hour schedule you can add a standard work hour schedule for the agency.
Define the agency's holiday work schedule
By selecting Settings - Schedules and the tab Holiday work schedule you define how the holidays will affect the employees' standard work schedule. Holiday schedules control over the work schedule that is selected for the employee provided that the holiday schedule indicates fewer hours than the employee's work schedule.
Add a work hour schedule to the employee
In Settings - Employees and on the Work schedule tab you can add the work schedule that is applicable to each employee. The Work schedule shows the normal working hours of the employee.
Enter the opening balance in the time bank
In order to display the correct balances in the time bank, you may need to enter the opening balance for each employee.
Time registration and calculation of the time bank
You can now register hours of absence, internal time and work time spent on a customer. To register hours of absences, you select the Customer - Absence and Task -Absence. In the field Activity, you enter what type of absence it concerns.
In the week and day registration mode, the standard working hours for each day are shown. Normal working hours are retrieved from the work schedule that is linked to the employee. It also takes account of the settings of the holiday schedule.
After you have approved the registered day, the program calculates the total of registered time minus normal working hours. The balance that is calculated affects the accumulated time bank balance.
