Activate collaboration in Visma Lön Anställd/Visma Min Lön from Visma Advisor
From Visma Advisor, you can invite your customer to a collaboration in one or more of Visma's payroll services (Visma Lön Anställd and Visma Min Lön).
The collaboration is activated from Visma Advisor and is named Digitala tillval till Visma Lön 300/600. In Visma Lön 600 you select which one of the services that should be activated for the customer.

Your customers may have different relations to Visma, the activation process can differ slightly. Therefore, choose the scenario below that fits your customer.
Visma Min Lön is a part of Visma Lön Anställd. If you want to invite a customer to a collaboration restricted to Visma Min Lön exclusively, this collaboration must be activated in Visma Lön Anställd.
Customer in Visma using Visma Lön Anställd/Visma Min Lön
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Digitala tillval till Visma Lön 300/600.
- Select Activate.
- In the list Task, select a task.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration and an email has been sent to the customer. There, the customer is asked to approve the collaboration by logging in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.
Customer in Visma, but has not used Visma Lön Anställd/Visma Min Lön before
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Digitala tillval till Visma Lön 300/600.
- Select Activate.
- In the list Task, select a task.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service for the customer. The customer receives an email and is asked to approve the collaboration and log in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.

New customer in Visma
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Digitala tillval till Visma Lön 300/600.
- Select Activate.

The window Activate service opens.
- In the list Task, select a task.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service for the customer. Also, the customer's administrator on vismaspcs.se has been created. The administrator now receives an email with information that the accounting office has activated the service, and is asked to log in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se in order to approve terms and conditions for the service. As soon as these have been approved you can start your collaboration.
