Scheduled working hours

This topic only applies to payroll administrators who work in Visma Lön 300/600.

If you are working in Visma Lön Smart, you enable all the work schedule settings there. In Visma Lön Anställd you can only see which settings that are used. Read more in the topic Scheduled working hours in the Visma Lön Smart help texts.

The work schedule with the setting Scheduled working hours is used for employees who have regular working hours which follow a fixed work schedule. This type of work schedule may be rolling for up to twelve weeks and have different hours for different weeks.

You enable this setting by selecting Scheduling - Work schedules, choosing the schedule and selecting Scheduled working hours next to Work schedule type. You will find more information by selecting the i symbol next to the field.

In cases where it is difficult to assign an employee to a work schedule with regular working hours, it is better to use a work schedule with irregular working hours. Read more in the topic Irregular working hours.

If it is difficult to schedule working hours in advance, or when the working hours are scheduled for shorter periods at a time, you can instead use Schedule irregular working hours. Read more in the topic Schedule irregular working hours.
