Why can't I access my program?

If you don't see the program icon on the board, when you have logged in to My services, you don't have access. If you have the user role Administrator, you can give yourself access. Click on the company name on the top right and select Users. Click on your name and select your desired user role for the service in question. If you have the user role User, please contact the administrator of your company and request access.

If you have access to the service, but can't start it, there might be scheduled maintenance or outage in the service. Find out if we have scheduled maintenance or outage in any of our services on the following page: status.visma.com.
