Add two-step verfication in Mina tjänster
With two-step verification, the account that you log into gets an extra layer of protection. You log in with two-step verification by opening the Google Authenticator app in your mobile phone, which then generates a security key that you enter when logging into My services with your email and password. If you check the Remember this device for 30 days box when you log in, you only need to enter a new security key every 30 days.
We recommend that you activate two-step verification for all users at the accounting office. Logging into vismaspcs.se will become even more secure upon activation. The activation will not affect your clients.
If you choose not to activate two-step verification, you could still be prompted to use it if a client decides to activate the setting for all users in their company. The activation would then apply to all accounting office employees who participate in the client’s assignments.
Activation for you as an individual user
- Log into vismaspcs.se and My services.
- Click on the arrow at the top to the right of your company name and select My user profile.
- Select the pen symbol in the right hand corner of the window.
- Select Activate two-step verification.
Next time you log in, you must activate the two-step verification. A guide will be displayed and show you how to do this. If you are a user in several companies, the two-step verification will also apply to those companies.
Activation for all users in a company
- Log into vismaspcs.se and Company settings.
- Click on the arrow at the top to the right of your company name and select My user profile.
- Select the pen symbol in the right hand corner of the window.
- Select Mandatory two-step verification for all users.
Next time a user in the company log in, they must activate the two-step verification. A guide will be displayed and show them how to do this. If they are users in several companies, the two-step verification will also apply to those.
