Why can't I end a collaboration?

The reason in most cases is that there is no main contact for the customer. You solve this by setting a new Main contact for the customer. Switch to the customer's company and then click on Users. Change a user’s role by clicking on the user in the list. Make this user Administrator and Main contact. Should your customer not be in the list of users, you first need to create a new user.
