What is a support code and how do I use it?

A support code is a login code used by our support to gain temporary access to your service. You generate this by clicking on Provide support access in the menu to the right. Select Create at Help and support. A code is now visible in Single-use support code. You then provide this code to the support agent who then can access your information and help you with your problem.
