Buy user licenses
In order to give your users access to a service, the Administrator in Mina tjänster needs to add a license for every user. The new licenses are then linked to the users, but the licenses are transferable, i.e if a user quits the license can be used by another user or be inactivated.
Buy a license
- Click on the arrow at the top right next to your company name
- Select Users.
Make sure that the filter Show services is activated.
- Select the user and the service you want purchase a user license for and carry out the purchase
If there are Available user licenses for the service, these will be used instead of a new user license.
End a user license
- Click on the arrow at the top right next to your company name
- Select Users.
Make sure that the filter Show services is activated.
- Select the user and the service which license you want end.
By unmarking a service, the license will be available to another user.
If an Available user license is not activated before the expiry date, it will be terminated.
